If you have the dream of attending an Ivy League school, it may be more accessible than you first realized. While previously you would have had to move closer to the east coast, due to the advent of the internet and other technological advances, you can now pursue an Ivy League online degree.

Columbia University – Columbia is at the top of the Ivy League in online offerings. They currently have 30 online degrees. Most of their programs are offered through their engineering department and include master’s, professional development courses, and certificate programs. You can currently choose from computer science, applied mathematics, and mechanical engineering, just to name a few.

University of Pennsylvania – They currently offer an extensive offering of graduate degrees through their Wharton School of Business. Their online MBA program has the same requirements as their award winning campus program. The only drawback is that tuition is fairly steep and there are a few campus based residencies required.

Cornell – While Cornell’s online offerings do not culminate into a degree, they have an extensive offering of professional development certificates. These programs are geared toward moving middle managers into senior managers. You can currently earn online certificates through their eCornell extension school. Offerings include hospitality management and restaurant management.
